In Cegaper our work transcends because we have a very clear responsibility to support our society. Our development and strength go hand in hand with the welfare of the different places we visit; both locally and nationally.
To be responsible is not to ignore all of the above, it is to know that each of us is part of a society and that we all have commitments and obligations that we must fulfill, both individually (individual social responsibility) and as a whole (corporate, governmental, institutional, organizational social responsibility).
As part of our commitment, we have implemented a program for the proper management of domestic and special solid waste, which means that we not only separate and recycle traditional materials such as plastic, glass, paper and aluminum, but we also treat the following materials in a responsible manner:
Filter recycling All used filters are returned to the distributor where they are treated accordingly.
Oil recycling: All used oil, after being removed from the engines, is collected by a recycling company specially made to work with burned or disused oil.
Liquid wastes: Bus sanitation waste is discharged only at our facilities and wastewater is treated in septic tanks.
We are active members of the 3 R program: Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle, for which procedures have been established within the office to reduce and reuse the use of paper and other materials.
Cegaper actively participates in various social welfare activities. Supporting various social welfare institutions and schools, or other educational institutions in environmental education programs through alliances and sponsorship of these activities. Likewise, Cegaper has adopted the Code of Conduct for the Protection of Girls, Boys and Adolescents against Sexual and Commercial Exploitation in Travel and Tourism, in compliance with a care work for the community. Also, Cegaper complies with current Mexican legislation and is in full development to be an ESR, which has been included in our development plan, as well as in manuals, policies and procedures, so that there is coherence in all the sections that make up our company.
