Where to find Us

After you land:

1. Go through immigration.
2. Pick up your luggage.
3. Clear customs.
4. After customs, turn left and walk down the hallway.
5. Turn right, go straight, and pass two sets of sliding glass doors.
6. Look for the TOUR OPERATOR - HOTEL SHUTTLE EXIT on the left-hand side - this is the correct exit.
7. Go through it and walk straight ahead to meet your CEGAPER driver.
   1. Our staff wears a light blue shirt and will be holding a sign with YOUR NAME / THE NAME USED FOR THE RESERVATION.

DO NOT take the "Family & Friends" exit - this will take you to unauthorized taxi vendors ("pirates"), and we won’t be able to retrieve you from there.

Your CEGAPER driver will be waiting outside in uniform, holding a sign with our logo and your name.

After you land:

5. Turn right, continue straight, and exit through the last sliding doors marked TOUR OPERATOR - HOTEL SHUTTLE.

Once outside:

1. No air conditioning
2. To your right: Margaritaville
3. In front: a crowd of drivers with signs

Look for the CEGAPER representative in uniform, holding a sign with our logo and your name.

Do not cross the pedestrian path.

Do not go with anyone not wearing official CEGAPER branding.

After you land:

5. Continue straight and exit through the last sliding doors marked TOUR OPERATOR – HOTEL SHUTTLE.

Outside:

1. No air conditioning
2. You’ll see a crowd of drivers with signs
3. To your left is the Meeting Point Bar & Café

Look for our team wearing CEGAPER uniforms and holding signs with our logo and your name.

Don’t walk past the bar or accept help from unauthorized people.

After you land:

1. Enter the private arrivals lounge.
2. Our driver will be waiting inside with a sign showing your name and CEGAPER logo.
