I booked a charter bus for a large group (30+) on our vacation to Cancun for an excursion to Chichen Itza. They arrived right as scheduled and the drivers were friendly and accommodating. After arriving back at the hotel one of the passengers noticed that their phone was missing, we contacted them and they promtly searched and found the phone on the bus and went above and beyond to make sure it made it back to the owner.
